What happens next?
You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. This email will contain links to track the status of your order. You will then receive an email at the time of sending your order.
What if I am not available on the day of delivery?
Our packages are delivered by carriers who sometimes ask for a counter signature at reception. If you are not at delivery, a card will be issued in your mailbox containing information on the procedure to be followed. Parcels delivered by mail usually do not require counter-signature.
When will I receive my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email. You can also check the status of your order and the delivery in your account.
How do I follow my order?

What is our return and refund policy?
If you change your mind, you can return your order. Returns can be arranged via your account.

From the date of receipt of your package, you have 14 days to change your mind.
Except for certain articles considered to be underwear which are not exchangeable.
You must print the withdrawal form, send it to us by email and return your articles to the address that we will send you by email.

Referrals are made exclusively by post to our address and return costs remain with you.
The product (s) must be returned to their original packaging in perfect condition.
In case of deterioration of the packaging or product,MY FRÉERIE may refuse return, replacement or refund as the product can no longer be considered new.
If the product is used it will not be refundable.
The policy satisfied or refunded relates to the collection of the product upon receipt, the delivery time and the right of withdrawal is 14 days.
We will send you an email confirming receipt of the items you returned to us, and indicating that the refund has been validated. Refunds are made using the original payment method, and can take up to 28 days to appear on your bank statement.

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to give reasons or pay a penalty.
Returns are to be made in their original state and complete (packaging, accessories, package leaflet). In this context, your responsibility is engaged. Any damage suffered by the product on that occasion may be such as to frustrate the right of withdrawal.
The return costs are at your expense.
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the company MY FRÉERIE will refund the sums paid, within 14 days of notification of your request and via the same means of payment as used in the order.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT TO RÉNEGOTIATION
In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
The provision of services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, the performance of which has begun after the consumer has given express prior consent and expressly waived his right of withdrawal.
The supply of goods or services the price of which depends on fluctuations in the financial market beyond the control of the trader and which may occur during the withdrawal period.
The supply of goods made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalised.
The supply of goods that may deteriorate or perish rapidly.

The supply of goods which, having been delivered and by their nature, are intermingled with other articles;
The supply of alcoholic beverages whose delivery is delayed beyond 30 days and whose value agreed upon conclusion of the contract depends on fluctuations in the market beyond the control of the trader.
The provision of audio or video recordings or computer software when they have been removed by the consumer after delivery.
The provision of a newspaper, periodical or magazine, except for subscription contracts for such publications.
Transactions concluded in a public auction.
The supply of digital content not supplied on a physical medium the performance of which has begun after the consumer has given express prior consent and expressly waived his right of withdrawal.
